As a patient of this home health service, I found the experience to be quite average. The website provided comprehensive information about their services and staff, which was helpful. However, the communication between the staff and me could have been improved. 🏥 The caregivers were kind and professional, but there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. However, once the care was scheduled, everything went smoothly. 💼 Overall, I would say it provided a satisfactory experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and communication.
