I recently used the services of this insurance group and found their website to be user-friendly and informative. However, I encountered some difficulty navigating through the different policy options, and it took some time to find the specific information I needed. The customer service was friendly and helpful, but the response time to my inquiries was a bit slower than I expected. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. Hopefully, they can improve on the accessibility of information and the responsiveness to customer queries in the future.🙂
