I wanted to like On the Rise Artisan Breads, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The bread was just average, nothing exceptional. The flavor was lacking, and the texture was slightly doughy. I've had much better bread from other bakeries. The customer service was alright, but it wasn't enough to make up for the mediocre bread. I'll be looking for better options in the future.
