I have had a mixed experience with Digigames. While their products are of good quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had a problem with one of my orders and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. It was quite frustrating. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
