The quality of service provided by Orchard Estates...

The quality of service provided by Orchard Estates is average at best. I expected more from a company with such a good reputation. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. The whole process took longer than expected and there were some issues with the paperwork. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them.
