I recently worked with this company to design a website for my small business. The design process was smooth, and they were responsive to my feedback. However, I found that the overall communication and project management could have been better. There were some delays in getting updates and revisions, which was a bit frustrating. The final website turned out decent, but I was expecting a bit more creativity and innovation in the design. Overall, I'd say the experience was average.
