😊 I can't say enough good things about proactive self defence! The instructors are skilled, patient, and create a positive learning environment. The variety of classes offered allows you to explore different aspects of self-defence, from striking techniques to ground work. The best part is that they focus on teaching practical skills that can be applied in real-life situations. The classes are always challenging and push you to improve, but the instructors are there to support and guide you throughout the process. Highly recommend! 👍
