Sugar Crafts Inc is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing outstanding. I have purchased a few items from them and while they are satisfactory, I can't say that I'm extremely impressed. Their customer service is also just average. They were polite and responsive, but nothing exceptional. Overall, Sugar Crafts Inc is alright, but there are better options out there.
