During my recent visit to Hospital General San Martín de Carhué (Adolfo Alsina), I received excellent care from the doctors and nurses. The staff was attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hospital to others.
