I recently went on a vacation that I booked through Holidaytrip.bg. I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to use, and the prices were reasonable. However, the customer service could have been better. It took them a while to respond to my queries, and I found the staff to be a bit uninterested. Overall, it was just an okay experience.
