The experience with Big toms was overall average. The swings I bought from their website were of decent quality, but nothing too impressive. The customer service was satisfactory, but I did encounter some issues with delivery. The swings arrived a few days later than expected. Overall, I would say Big toms is an okay company to purchase swings from.
