I had a mixed experience interacting with Metro Strategies, Inc. While some aspects of their service were good, others were lacking. The communication was not consistent, resulting in delays and misunderstandings. On the positive side, their team did manage to deliver the project within the agreed timeline. However, I expected better attention to detail and a smoother overall experience. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
