I recently enrolled my child at a local child care center and have had an average experience so far. The staff is friendly and attentive, and my child seems to enjoy the activities and interacting with the other children. However, there have been a few instances where I felt communication could have been improved. There have been a couple of times when I arrived to pick up my child, and they were not aware that I was coming even though I had informed them ahead of time. Additionally, I find the website to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. It would be helpful if they could update it with more information and resources for parents. Overall, the center provides a decent environment for children, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and online presence.
