I had a mixed experience with DHL Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. The shipping process was smooth and my package arrived on time. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and they were not very helpful in resolving my issue. Overall, an average experience.
