I must say that Hip & vip has been quite inconsist...

I must say that Hip & vip has been quite inconsistent in terms of their service. While some of my orders have been great, others have been disappointing. The quality of the products varies a lot, which is frustrating. However, their website is easy to use and the delivery is always on time. Overall, I would describe my experience as average.
