As a customer, I recently visited the dealership to check out some vehicles. The website was user-friendly and it was easy to find information about the available cars. However, when I arrived at the showroom, the customer service was a bit lackluster. The staff seemed preoccupied and it took a while for someone to assist me. The car I was interested in was not available for a test drive, which was disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the dealership was average, nothing stood out as exceptional. The pricing was competitive, but the lack of personalized attention left me feeling underwhelmed. I hope they can improve on their customer service and availability of vehicles in the future.
