The overall experience at Hotel noi cartagena 1860 was average. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was lacking. The staff were not very friendly or attentive. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, but the quality of the food was mediocre. I expected more from a hotel with such a great location. The wifi was also unreliable, which was frustrating. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
