I recently worked with a real estate brokerage firm and my experience was average. While their website had a sleek design and was easy to navigate, I found it lacking in certain crucial information. The property listings were limited in number and didn't offer much variety in terms of location or price range. Additionally, the website didn't provide detailed descriptions or sufficient images of the properties. I had to reach out to the company directly for more information, which was a bit inconvenient. The customer service I received was decent, but somewhat impersonal. They were responsive to my inquiries but I didn't feel that extra level of care or attention to detail that I was hoping for. Overall, my experience with this real estate brokerage was average, and I would recommend them if you're looking for a basic service but not expecting anything extraordinary.
