CDI Managed Services is an average company. They provide decent services but there is nothing extraordinary about them. I have been using their services for a few months now and haven't faced any major issues. The customer support is responsive, although sometimes the wait time can be a bit long. Overall, I would say they are a reliable option if you are looking for managed services.
