The overall experience with Health Central Park Nursing Home was average. The staff was helpful, but the facility could have been cleaner. The food was not great, and there were often long wait times for medications. However, the activities provided for the residents were enjoyable and there was a nice outdoor area for them to relax. Overall, it was okay.
