I recently ordered some industrial solvents from their website. The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was prompt. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the solvents received. They seemed to be diluted and not as effective as I had hoped. The customer service was responsive when I raised my concerns, but the issue was not fully resolved to my satisfaction. I’m still on the fence about giving them another chance. 🤔
