As a customer of Creative Concepts and Promotions, I have found their services to be satisfactory overall. The quality of their work is decent and they have always delivered on time. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their customer service. There have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response from their team. Despite that, I would still recommend them for their creativity and unique concepts. The team definitely puts in their efforts to come up with innovative ideas and promotional strategies.
