I had a mixed experience with Bst turizm. The booking process was smooth and efficient, but I was not impressed with the customer service during my trip. The staff were rude and unprofessional, which put a damper on the overall experience. The only saving grace was the comfortable seats and clean cabins. I would give them an average rating.
