I recently purchased an air purifier from air-serenity.com and I must say it's been a so-so experience overall. 😐 The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was prompt. However, I found the performance of the air purifier to be just average. It does a decent job of cleaning the air, but I was expecting better results given the price I paid. 😕 The noise level is also a bit higher than expected, which can be annoying at times. On the positive side, the build quality is solid and the design is sleek and modern. The customer service was responsive when I had a query about the product, so that's a plus. Overall, while the air purifier does the job, I feel there are better options available for the same price range. 😐👍
