I recently had my patio fitted with a new coating from Pro-tech coatings. I must say, I was quite impressed with the end result. 😊 The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information I needed. The team arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. However, I do feel that the customer service could have been a bit more friendly and attentive. 🤔 While the coating itself is durable and has added a great aesthetic value to my patio, I believe there could have been better communication regarding the ongoing maintenance required. Overall, an okay experience, but I do feel there is room for improvement in terms of customer interaction. 👍
