I recently made a purchase from the company's website and I found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and the product descriptions were detailed enough for me to make an informed decision. However, I did encounter some issues with the checkout process, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I found the shipping costs to be on the higher side compared to other similar companies. On the positive side, the customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns when I reached out to them. Overall, I would rate my experience with the company as average. I appreciate the range of products they offer but hope for improvements in the checkout process and shipping costs.
