I have been a customer of Expat & co for the past 3 years and I must say their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate, the overall coverage and support provided is just okay. The claim process can be quite slow and there have been instances where I've had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, their rates are competitive and the customer service representatives are polite and helpful.
