The overall experience with Aleaciones y Metales Industriales de Saltillo S.A. de C.V. has been decent. While their products are reliable, I have encountered a few issues with their customer service. It takes a bit longer than expected to get a response sometimes, which can be frustrating. However, when they do respond, they are helpful in resolving any concerns. So, it is a mixed bag for me.
