I recently used this company's services for some IT issues, and I found the experience to be quite average. The technicians were knowledgeable and resolved my issues, but the overall customer service lacked a personal touch. It felt like just another transaction rather than a genuine effort to understand and solve my problems. The website was user-friendly, but I had to dig around a bit to find the information I needed. 🤔 Overall, the service was satisfactory, but not particularly memorable. If the company can work on improving their customer engagement and providing a more seamless experience, they could definitely elevate their services to a higher level.
