I had a mixed experience with Pinnacle Design Group Inc. The quality of their work was average, and their customer service was just satisfactory. I expected more from a company that claims to be excellent in their field. However, I have to admit that they were punctual with their deadlines and delivered the project on time. Overall, I would say they are an okay option if you don't have high expectations.
