I have been a customer of Alcassoft sdn bhd for quite some time now, and I must say that their services are average. While they do deliver on their promises, I feel like there is room for improvement. The team is knowledgeable but sometimes lacks the personal touch. Overall, their solutions are decent, but I believe there are better options available in the market.
