😊 I've been attending Sinergia Pilates for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through each exercise with patience. The studio is clean and inviting, and the classes are always well-paced. I've noticed improvements in my posture and overall strength since joining. Highly recommended!
