I must say that I had high hopes for Socialberry, but it fell short of my expectations. The interface was not as user-friendly as I had anticipated, making it difficult to navigate and utilize the features effectively. Additionally, the customer support was not as responsive or helpful as I had hoped. Overall, I found Socialberry to be a mediocre social media management tool.
