I had a mediocre experience at Noel Rose Hair Studio. The hairstylists were not very friendly, and I felt rushed throughout the appointment. The haircut I received was just okay, nothing special. The salon itself was clean, but the overall atmosphere was lacking. I won't be returning to this salon and would not recommend it to others.
