I recently used the catering services from Oz catering for a small event. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and user-friendly. The delivery was punctual, and the food presentation was nice. However, I found the food quality to be average. The dishes lacked that flavorful punch I was expecting. Some items were too salty and others were too bland. The portion sizes were also on the smaller side, leaving some guests wanting more. Additionally, the customer service experience was just okay. While staff was polite, I felt that they were not particularly engaged or attentive to my concerns. Overall, Oz catering provided an average catering experience. It may suffice for casual events, but I wouldn't recommend it for those looking for exceptional taste and service.
