I recently worked with this real estate company to find a new home. The agents were courteous and responsive, and their website was easy to navigate. However, I felt that the level of attention to my specific needs was just average. The properties they showed me were not exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the communication could have been improved at times. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on listings and appointments. Overall, my experience was just okay. I appreciate the effort, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of personalized service and proactive communication.
