🌊👨‍💼 As a customer, I recently purchased solar panels from this company and my experience was average overall. The website was user-friendly and had a decent selection of panels to choose from. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was prompt. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some inquiries about installation and was hoping for more guidance, but the responses I received were brief and not very helpful. Additionally, the quality of the panels was satisfactory, but not exceptional. They seemed to function as expected, but I encountered a small issue with one of them. It would have been nice if the company offered better support in dealing with such issues. While the prices were competitive, I felt that the overall experience could have been better. 🏗️🌞
