I had a mixed experience with Fci electronics. Some aspects were great, while others were disappointing. The customer service was excellent, with prompt and helpful responses to my inquiries. However, the quality of their products was average at best. I had to return a faulty item and the replacement took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate Fci electronics as average.
