I recently booked a stay through their website and found the process to be fairly simple and straightforward. However, I was expecting more variety in the accommodations and felt that the options were a bit limited. The website layout was user-friendly, but I also encountered some technical glitches while browsing. On the plus side, the customer service was helpful when I needed assistance with my booking. 🏨 Overall, my experience was average and I hope to see improvements in the range of offerings and technical functionality in the future.
