I had a mixed experience dealing with Scottish Motor Trade Association Ltd. While the staff was friendly and the buying process was smooth, I was disappointed with the after-sales service. The vehicle I purchased started experiencing issues soon after I drove it off the lot, and it took a while for the dealership to address the problem. However, once they did, they were helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome, but it could have been better.
