I recently availed of construction services from this company and I must say, it was an average experience overall. The company website, csinfrastructure.com.au, is user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services. The initial communication with their team was satisfactory, but I found their response time a bit slow. The construction work was completed within the agreed upon timeline, but I noticed some minor issues which needed to be rectified. Their team was prompt in addressing these concerns, however, the follow-up could have been better. The quality of the finished project was decent but didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, I would rate the company as average as they delivered the project as promised but there were some areas where improvement is needed.
