I recently purchased a home from this company and while I can't say it was an extraordinary experience, it was definitely not a terrible one either. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about the homes available. The sales team was responsive to my inquiries, but I found the overall level of customer service to be average. The quality of the home itself was satisfactory, although there were a few minor issues that needed addressing after move-in. The construction seemed solid, but some attention to detail was lacking. Overall, the company delivered on its promises, but I expected a bit more for the price paid. I would recommend them to others with the caveat that they might want to shop around and compare other options before making a final decision.
