I had a mixed experience with Budget business & home finance. Some aspects were great, while others were not up to par. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist me with any queries. However, I found the interest rates to be quite high compared to other lenders. Overall, I would rate Budget business & home finance as average.
