I recently used this platform for a traffic ticket case. The concept behind it is interesting, promising an easy and hassle-free experience. However, I can only rate it as average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to submit the necessary information. The customer service was quick to respond and polite. However, the promised service timeframes were not accurate. Instead of resolving my ticket within the stated 30 days, it took almost twice as long. Additionally, the lack of transparency regarding the status of my case was frustrating. The platform could benefit from providing more regular updates to keep customers informed. While the overall outcome was satisfactory, I expected a smoother and more efficient process based on the initial claims. Overall, Tikd has potential, but improvements are needed to fulfill its promises and provide a truly exceptional customer experience.
