I recently used this company's services and found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and the initial consultation was informative. However, the communication afterwards was a bit lacking, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. 😕 The caregivers were friendly and provided adequate care, but there were some inconsistencies in their scheduling. Overall, it was an okay experience but could use some improvement in terms of communication and reliability.
