I had an average experience with Horizon development group, llc. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I felt that the customer service could be improved. The response time was quite slow, and I had to wait for a long time to get a resolution to my problem. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
