I had a terrible experience with the customer service provided by the Port Arthur Police Dept. They were unresponsive to my inquiries and did not address my concerns adequately. I ended up feeling neglected and frustrated throughout the whole process. Improvements are definitely needed in the way they handle public inquiries.
