I recently used the service to protect my rental deposit, and it was a fairly straightforward process. The website is user-friendly, and I appreciated the transparency in outlining the terms. 😊 However, I encountered a small hiccup with the communication from the customer service team, which was a bit disappointing. I did appreciate the reminder emails and overall ease of use, but the customer service experience didn't quite meet my expectations. It's a decent service for peace of mind, but there is room for improvement in the responsiveness of the support team.
