I had an overall average experience with Schlumberger Kazakhstan. The company seems to have a good reputation in the petroleum industry, and their website is informative and user-friendly. However, I was not completely satisfied with their customer service. The response time was slow, and the representatives were not very knowledgeable. I had to wait for a long time to get my questions answered. The rate could be improved.
