I recently purchased a packaging machine from another company, and I must say that it was a complete disappointment. The machine was constantly malfunctioning and the customer support team was unhelpful and unresponsive. I regret not choosing Douglas Machine Corporation for my purchase. I have heard great things about their machines and their customer service. I will definitely be considering them for any future equipment needs.
